still don't have everything back from paint yet, but these crappy spy pics give ya an idea as to its progress. this last pic looks complete, but it's not. think of the pics you see in motor trend when they're testing a car with the covers all over them so you can't see the styling details.

Looks like its coming along nicely. I like what you did with the seat. It looks pretty trick. I also like how you painted the idler pulley to match the wheels. When do you think you'll have it a wrapped up? |

it's never done lol. the real body parts will be ready this week. still waiting for my rcrins rss. the seat is the factory select seat. the cheese grater was repainted blue to match everything else a little better. one or two other nice little touches coming in the next series of pics next weekend hopefully. |

I spy with my little eye something that begins with "Sweeet". I can't wait to see the whole package |

the wheels are the buell "hero blue" wheels. the paint on the pulley and cheese grater was me and my paint guys best match. the off the shelf paint was too dark, so he lightened it up a little with some silver. i can't wait to get the rest of the stuff back from him, everything has been great so far. there is next to no orange peel in the side rails and tail piece. |

Nice, looks great, I like the idler pulley look. I was thinking of putting an Orange Razor wheel for mine.... but then there is the durability issue; and how well it would work in MUD |

i just went and looked at my body pieces at the paint shop and all i could say was "WOW". due to conflicting work schedules with my friend whose garage the bike is being transformed in i likely won't get final assembly pics up til this weekend. i've been grinnin for the last two hours and can't wait to share the final product with you guys. i'm very happy with the ideas we came up with and even happier with the work. stay tuned!!! |
