They mount identically to the stock lights. The only difference is you'll have to swap ground bullet connectors with your stock lights...or use another suitable connector. The LED light's ground is a female connector (for good reason), but it won't mate with the stock female connector on the harness. Easy fix. I installed the signal flasher from American Sport Bike and it all works beautifully. Nice visibility. |

Has anyone tried to use the Harley adapter to turn the turn signal light into the turn/running/stop light? * Yes and could not get it to work right. Found and used dual filament sigs instead. Infinitely easier to hook up - just running one extra wire to another nearby light... (* I didn't make the attempt, but rather the shop did when I had my bike in for some other work. I trust my mech and he said it just didn't hook up and work as intended.) |
