Would the stock blinker module have to be replaced to accommodate the LED blinkers?

The American Sport Bike turn signal flasher is a good way of doing it.

The do it yourselfer cheapskate like me will just put a ten ohm, ten watt wirewound resistor across the right and the left flasher circuits. I placed them under the seat in my bike.
