(re-posted from Cool Pics) Scunna, How much additional material did you put on the rear subframe? Believe I have a pic that you posted after work had been completed, but before refinishing... looked like a bigger spacer than either the PM Performance or Frank Parts spacers. Did you have to tweak the fiberglass tail to get the fit right? That's also a Frank Parts piece, yes? *Also - I'm working on a bright LED setup for the RRC Heckteil tail section, 'cause I don't like fiddling with the spring-loaded lightbulb socket in that mini cateye brake light. I bought two of each part from LED components supplier. Configuration includes constant current LED puckdriver and Luxeon 3W emitter (dangerously bright). Will let you know if I can get the LED operating properly. Mark Oregon |

Saw your pic of your RRC pulley cover, thought I'd get off my fat arse and Register and tell you what I did with that same rusty pulley sprocket underneath. What I did was got a couple of those see-through CD/DVD blanks you get when you buy a new pack, made a CD label with my own design , stuck it on the first see-through disc, then stuck on the second see-through. Drilled, then fixed using the standard pulley bolts. Dead easy, CD's are the perfect size and so far has remained watertight and not run, even with last year's shit summer. Got a pic, but at 3Mb, prob. too big to upload. Typical Newbie - how do you do it? |

Bike looks great. How much did you widen the rear wheel? Did you have to make any other mods for the pully's to line up? What handle bars do you have installed? |

Scarecrow, Rod's wheels is widened to 6.25 inches if I remember right the last I spoke to him. It a 200 on there. As far as bars I can't remember. |

The original spacers supplied are welded onto subframe. there is still a small gap where seat meets subframe, but its not too bad. the wheel was widened by rrc and have fitted a metzeler 210. I have fitted straight bars and rizoma mirrors and grips.Rear subfame and shock spring were painted. |

Rod, who makes the bars? I like the straight look. Did you fit them to the stock "S" triples? Do you have any close-up pics of the bars? |

I just went ahead and polished my pulley. I have that same pulley cover but in black. It took about an hour to polish and it looks pretty sweet under the black pulley cover |
