Just got a XB12R, needs 5000 mile maintenance. Is this someone who has a good automotive knowledge of cars can do with a manual. I know its different but would like to save cash and learn my bike if poss. | ||

You can order a manual through Al at American Sport Bike here's some basic info for you: (service interval for the drive belt has changed, it's longer now, this manual is for 2005)     | ||

T-27 Torx fits all kinds of stuff on the bike. I'm going for a ride this morning, let me know if you need anything else specific scanned from the manual, like torque values and such... happy wrenching! | ||

5000 mile is no biggie. mind your torque specs - foot lbs vs inch lbs | ||
