My brake light is not going on when front brake is applied. It does however work when back brake is applied. Any insights?

It is a switch only held on by one screw on the bottom of the brake lever.

Spray some WD40 in the small hole, let it drain out. If it starts working again, place a small piece of electrical tape over the hole to prevent water/moisture from entering. You might want to remove it first.

Mine stopped working 5,000 miles ago and I ordered a new switch. I performed the above technique while waiting for the part and the switch has been working since.
