Trademark Information- Blast, Firebolt, Glaze, Gloss, Harley, Harley-Davidson, Lightning, Sunwash, Triple Tail, Thunderstorm, Ulysses, Uniplanar and ZTL are among the trademarks of H-D Michigan, Inc. Anybody notice that "Buell" was not there? Maybe its not trademarked. I wonder if Erik managed to keep his name. | ||

Too funny. Send me the part number of that manual . . . I have to tease my friends at HD Legal in Dearborn! Buell is name styled with certain caveats. | ||

I couldnt sleep and actually started to read it. I then discovered that the manual must have been some sort of lawyer 101 senior project. I just cut and pasted it on to BadWeb from the owners section. Leo |
