Does anyone know where to buy a black tensioner pulley like the ones on the 08 bikes? Surely one of our sponsors sell them but I haven't been able to find one yet. Thanks in advance.

I just replaced mine... it came black (well dark charcol gray) from the factory. Maybe the silver ones are gone and they all went to the '08?

Just rattle can it with high temp exhaust paint. Takes about 30 mins. I cooked it in the oven for a post cure.

The tensioner pulley is anodized from the factory. Originally it was just anodized and sealed without dye hence the silver color. Now they dye it black.

If anyone is interested I can strip and reanodize their original pulley. I have 6 color choices pictured below. Each of the colors can be done in a bright finish or flat finish.

The pulley pictured is flat black.

OEM

4 Pieces

Reassembled Flat Black

Shoot me an e-mail if interested.
