So are many of you putting the XB9 gear set in? If so, how is it working out? Freeway speeds or constant 80MPH tolerable. I am curious as I can no longer afford the tickets @ over 100 MPH anyway. So the top speed is not as appealing as the lower speed benefits and may consider the switch.----------------Rethy

More than a handful of Ulysses riders have made the swap. None have reported a desire to switch back. Ride the bike around using 4th as your "top" gear for a few days. It will be close to the 9 primary conversion gearing in 5th.
