I had my new tires mounted and when I went to re-install the front wheel I used anti-seize and tightened the front axle all the way and torqued to spec. When you look at the wheel it doesn't appear to be perfectly centered between the forks though. On the left side of the wheel the bearing appears to be touching the fork while on the right side there is a 1/4" gap in between the bearing and wheel. The wheel spins perfect and there is no rubbing on the forks or brake rotor and no apparent wobble. Is this normal?

I have a small gap on the left (non rotor) side and it is flush on the rotor side.

I think you are good.

If it's turning don't worry about it.
