12/05/2007 For Immediate Release Dan Bilansky (D & G Racing) Seeking Additional Sponsors Dan Bilansky, rider and co-owner of D & G Racing, announced today that he and his primary sponsor, Hal’s Harley-Davidson and Buell, Inc. are seeking additional sponsors for the 2008 race season. The association between D & G Racing, which is comprised of Dan as rider and mechanic Dean Hageman, and Hal’s has been producing professional results for several years now. Since 2003 and the introduction of the ASRA and CCS Thunderbike Class, Dan and the team have finished second in the National Points Standings three times and they won the 2006 ASRA National Thunderbike Championship. Dan also won the 2006 and 2007 National Championship at the CCS Race of Champions in Daytona. During that time Dan has also been privileged to be a “test-rider” and contributor in both the XBRR and 1125R development programs with Buell Motorcycle Co. As most enthusiasts know, racing is a niche sport that requires passion and commitment. Although Dan and Hal’s passion for the sport is without measure, to compete at Dan’s level requires a commitment that cannot be met with passion alone. Today, serious commitment to racing is measured in dollar signs. That’s where you can help.
