Hello All,

I have a 05 XB9 CityX and I've been looking into rearsets. What is everyne using out there. I've looked at LS and Woodcraft which look ok. The saw the Gilles Tooling Rearsets which look awesome and lot of adjustabliity. Anyone have these?

I'm pretty sure the first ones are Gilles. They'll cost you a small fortune too!!

Yes those are the gilles. I can get them for about $450 which is still expensive but I like all the adjustibility options

What front sprocket cover is that? I've been trying to find that one forever now.

Can't you gain clearance by changing CityX to Firebolt pegs? If I recall, that'll buy something like an inch or so up and back. More than $400 cheaper too.

Not as many style points but it'll get you all the ground clearance you're going to need unless you're already dragging elbows on the track.

Front sprocket cover looks like an RRC part, which is available in natural, polished or anodised black finish.

+1 for Slaughter.

Also, you can move the stock shift lever to the upper mounting boss. It looks to me that was maybe put there if you want to raise the shifter and switch to GP pattern.

Look at the first pic above, I'm talking about the boss with the black plastic plug in it.

Those Gilles rearsets almost look like a Rube Goldberg invention to me. Colin Chapman would puke if he saw that.
