does anyone know what size pin is need for the headlift stand on a Buell lightning or firebolt?

I don't have a head lift stand, but I went out and measured the hole at the bottom of the steering head shaft 2007 XB12R. It measured 0.745-0.749" with my dial caliper. That is real close to 3/4 inch diameter, and could be accounted for by small error in my measurement. I have a lathe if you need help. I have read that PitBull stand company will send you correct size post upon request.

I believe it a #7 if you're talking a Pitbull stand.

I have an XB9R 2005 and just got the front Pit Bull stand from Al at American Sport Bike. It's a number 2.

Ahh I found a chart on Woodcraft's website. The pin is an 18mm for the lightnings and firebolts.
