I finally finished the custom tail I was working on. I shaved off the signal mounts and the license plate mount. I was able to mount the tail light under the fender, right in front of the license plate. I went with black to match the front fender and I feel it should have been that way to begin with. Better than that funky gold-silver color. Not to happy with the signals so i am going to look for some flush mounts and mount them on the side of the inner fender.       | ||

I had my plate mounted there, until my tire hit it. If you plan on rolling stoppies, you'll have to move it for sure. And i'm betting it'll hit during "normal riding also. Unless you only weigh 95 lbs or something like that. | ||

No stoppies for me, only wheelies. I rode it tonight and found that it did hit but only with a passenger and it was only when we hit a large bump. I will probably bend the bracket forward a little. |
