anybody have any pics of their outer airbox that they've added intake holes to? been considering cutting some more and using same mesh as the front but haven't decided how to secure the mesh to the inside of the cover. any pics or ideas would be welcome.

i would think an epoxy would work for attaching the mesh.

147db how did you secure the screen inside. i have the translucent plastics so i want to do this as neatly as possible. thanks for the pics just what i was looking for.

2 Part Epoxy ( check Auto Body shops ) with like a min. or two set up time works the best...Just a tab there and there is all ya need..

About the glue: the only issue is the resistance at high temperatures, the only one I promote is the Repair Extreme by Pattex. Maybe not available in US... look at http://www.henkel.us

Go to AutoZone and getg their 5min epoxy, it has been on my airbox for 3 years now, and the mesh has never loosened a bit. By the way the mesh is cheaper if you get it from Home Depot, they call it GutterGaurd.
