Both of them!!! So I am at my buddies house, helping him with his exhaust, and while showing a friend who recently bought and XB, and just yesterday a KTM 950 (he's not married) I noticed the two nuts holding my tensioner pulley bracket were missing. A month ago and many miles ago, I put on a drummer, and removed the pulley assembly. I can not remember exactly if I put the nuts on and just left them loose, or if I did torque them down. I did not use thread locker ( I know, I know) I'm wondering if they just vibrated off, and when. The bracket has moved over, I can fit my finer b/w the bracket and where it should be, and it has started to push on the belt gear cover. Sorry about all that, but what I need to know the thread pattern and size of those bolts. I left it at my friends, and I am going back there and I need to have the correct nuts so I can ride it home. Please post up what they are so I can stop at Lowes on the way and ride home. Thanks gang! BTW, I love the 950. Most fun bike I have ever rode. (Message edited by altima02 on August 20, 2007) |

A dab of blue loctite when you install the new ones will prevent that from happening again. We all forget those little steps when installing fun new parts (Message edited by lukeduke on August 21, 2007) |

Just ride the bike into the store and down the hardware aisle and find the ones that fit. I'm pretty sure the doors are wide enough to get in. |
