Well I was finally going to get a Buell this year a 08 xb12s but it will have to wait to at least next summer. I live in the military housing and one of my neighbor filed a complain against one of my dogs(American Staffordshire terrier) saying she attacked his dog(cocker spaniel) when in reality his dog growled and snapped at my female first and she just react to an aggressive behavior and bite back. well you can imagine which dog got the wrong end of the deal, so now the base commander wants my 2 adults dogs to be removed from the military housing so if I want to keep them I have to buy a house ASAP. The worst about it is I am going to be posted within the next 7 to 10 month so it's really not the time to buy right now but I'm not getting rid of my dogs I have too much money invested in them, plus they are member of the family too.

So life suck and I have to put the new bike on hold because house here are not cheap. In Canada it's one of the highest market after Vancouver and Calgary so I'm looking at a minimum of 200k for a fixer upper. I know it's nothing compare to some place in the States like San Diego where you pay 1.5 mil for a fixer upper on Coronado Island but here the max time for a mortgage is just 40 years.

So sorry for my rant but I needed to vent.

Sorry to hear that man. It's too bad most people don't understand the term "PUNISH THE DEED, NOT THE BREED". My bro has a Rott/Shepard mix and she is sweetest most kind dog I've ever met. My bro has two daughters under 5 and that dog treats them like little dominant princesses. Never and aggressive move from her EVER.

Anyway, you'll have you bike soon enough. I just hope the BS is sorted out for ya.

Besides, Buell or not, your always welcome here: )

Thx man. I have been pre-approved for 285k so I guess I'll be able to find something decent, I have cpl house to visit this week end and hopefully by next I have a new house. The best thing about it is the rate I got which will make my payment about the same as I have for now once cpl debt are paid off with the RRSP.
