I got these grips at the local aftermarket shop. The companys name is Harri's. They're made in Italy. They work as advertised. My hands did not go numb once. Most of the designs are for existing motorcycles and have those logos (Yam R1, Suzuki GSXR, etc) but I found these buried under those others. They come ready to use with no need to cut the other end open for barend weights or mirrors.
$21 a pair locally but I'd pay twice that for this level of relief. Ahhhh....

I've got the same grips but they have a different pattern. They are very comfortable.
