I'll email some pics once the bike gets here...should be next week sometime. Mine is set up for GP (reverse) shifting like the pic in the above post. Not sure if I'll like it after shifting the standard way for the last 22 years...we'll see.   Lovematt Posted on Wednesday, July 18, 2007 - 09:40 am:        I had them on my bike (recently crashed my 'bolt) and was very pleased with them. The shifter set up with the linkage connected to the position closer to the pivot worked very well. It 'slowed down' the shifting speed and gave more leverage moving up and down through the gears.
