I just installed some real nice LED turn signals on my 06 XB9SX. Rear ones blink fine (slightly fast, but not bad)- front ones won't blink at all, just stay on amber. Not wired backwards...what did I do wrong??

Thanks a lot!

How much blinker fluid did you put in the rear and front blinkers?

Syn or dino blinker Fluid?

I had the same problem until I switched to HD Syn blinker fluid. It's like 30 bucks a pint, OUCH! But the blinkers are almost as bright as my headlights, not saying much since I ride a firebolt.

Good one...nothing like the ol' "blinker fluid" joke to get my hand-a-slappin' my knee... ;)

Anyone else?

You need a low load flasher for the LED lights. The LED's don't draw as much amperage to "trip" the flasher. Look to spend $25-30 for the new flasher.

Ahh...thanks.

I knew "about" the flasher, but I (as well as the seller of the lights) thought I might not need it. The rear flash fine (as Ive stated), but fronts wont flash at ALL.
