I'd had a couple of requests for a drawing of my bracket. So here goes...

The PDF file is a 'binder' It contains a 3D acrobat model, and a 2D print of the mount. You'll need the latest version of Adobe reader to see it properly.

The igs file would only be useful to a machine shop. It's a 3D model format. The DWG is an autocad drawing.

Sorry about the dimensioning on the 2D print. It's not the greatest. Something I threw together quick.

I did not originate the design of the bracket. I do not remember WHO I got it from originally. But he offered it, so I'm re-offering it.

I claim no responsibility to the accuracy or functionality of the mount. So if you make it, and monkeys start flying out of your exhaust and make your crash. It's NOT my fault!

I did the original drawing/design and made this part for my 03 firebolt out of 3/16 6061 alu. Youll also need two .312" triangular spacers one on the front of the mount and one on the rear. I used delrin to make mine. Once you remove the center bolt from the original mount, (which you can do by unscrewing it to the end of its travel and heating it to about 250F then pulling it out) you only need to drill two holes in the original mount. Good luck!
