I was throwing around the idea of making a circuit that would leave the exhaust valve wide open for 1 min. time window when extra growl sound is wanted. I would use this as the electronic brain: http://www.seattlerobotics.org/encoder/may97/picch ip.html In normal mode the brain would pass all signals from the wire harness to the servo module. But when I trigger the growl mode, the brain would send the proper signal to the servo open the exhaust wide open (growl mode). Thoughts? |

In thinking about this more, I believe a servo is voltage controlled, so a pic cpu may not be necessary. I could get by with a resistor/jfet/cap analog timing circuit.
