what is the difference between 07 air box cover and 06 .I have a 06 xb9cityx will it work on that bike thanks

pretty sure you could use any airbox cover from a 9r(s) or 12r(s) from 2003-2007..............

It will fit just fine. The plastic is of a slightly different (stiffer) configuration to support the 21 square inches of less material.

If you use it and you have the stock ECM, you will need to get the 07 ECM reflash. If you have a modded ECM or the Race ECM, you are good to go.

just for clarification, are we talking the airbox or the airbox cover?.... the thing that says buell and repells raindrops?
