The brown truck bunny came by! These just came in today:

As you can see from the following pictures, the machine work is top notch!

If you are looking for clamps for your S or X models, these are first rate. I am very impressed with the quality. The price is very reasonable.

I am planning a fat bar conversion for the Uly with these. More to come..........

Yee Haw, I just took in my S model top tripple to the machine shop today to see if we could bore it for 1 1/8" bars, looks like this will do the trick for a lot less money. Wonder if it's going to be to high for my R.

Why buy a "SPORTBIKE" only to install Apehangers? wouldn't a Softail provide that?

I don't need any of those products right now.

HOWEVER, those are GREAT PRICES for machined components.

Ducxl,

No apehangers. I'm installing ProTapers instead of the dirtbike handlebars.

More sport not less.

Ft_b,

Your bike used to say "potato-potato-potato when idling......seems like it is leaning more towards farkle-t-farkle-t-farkle!

At least it isn't chrome!

Are those Pro Taper bars solid aluminum?

Sweet looking part. Do they anodize any of their stuff? It doesn't look like it judging by the site.

The part I got was "clear bright anodized". It's basically a coating to preserve the machining and keep it bright and shiny.

It looks very similar to what our forks look like. I would almost like to have the center section of the clamp painted black (or the entire thing black).

Yeah I meant colored anodizing.

There is no better sound in the world. Two strokes just sound fast and their fun factor is unmatched.

Why buy a "SPORTBIKE" only to install Apehangers

Cause my 9R is my touring bike, when I get my S2 finished I may go back to clipons.
