Whats up everyone? I am thinking about picking up a 2006 CityX. I currently own a 2005 GSXR 600. I am looking for something that will be more fun and comfortable around town but at the same time tear up the twisties on the weekends. I love the style and sound of the Buell so this seems like a perfect fit. My only concern is riding 2 up on the bike. My wife love to cruise the canyons with me. This bike comes with a Corbin seat. Would the wife enjoy a ride that lasts around 1 hour? Thanks for the input. |

My 9s is more comfortable with 2 than my R6's were. But not by much. This bike limits the size of your rear passenger. Which is OK with me |

From what I've read short rides shouldn't be a problem. She cant stand riding on the back of the gixxer. She actually has her own bike, a Ninja 250, but she gets really nervous in traffic. We live in LA and its hard to get away from traffic, so she doesn't ride it much. She enjoys being on the back of the 250 for an hour so maybe the Buell will work out. (I am going to ride solo 95% of the time so its not that big of an issue for me ) |

Went and got a two up seat for the CityX, more cushion, gel pack and a taller seat with an integrated back rest. No complaints from the back seat. She Will ride all day back there. It is a nice change for her when she is not riding her own |

Which corbin seat is it? the low or the high back one. I have the low one and it is much better for a passenger. i can bbarely go out by my self. she always wants to go. If it is the high one she wont be happy. it has been explained to meas, like trying to balance a 2x4 on a rock. city slicker, where did you get a 2 up seat with a backrest? |
