Hope I'm not mistaken, but I could have sworn that there used to be a BadWeb section that listed members by state who wished to disclose where they lived, as to an impromptu service/support network for road trips. Anyone know what I'm talking about?

Are you talking about the Rider Assistance Network. If so, it's listed on the homepage of the website.

If you are looking for the RAN, you must be signed in to view it. If you're not signed in, it won't even show as a Section. That's probably why you're not finding it.
