Anyone else have trouble getting theirs to fit? It doesn't really even want to start into my muffler.

I put one in & it fitted fine, tight but fine.
Don't forget to smear it with a little bit of grease first.

A little high temp grease on the o-ring and it slips in. It is fairly snug though.

Yep, tight, but doable. Did the exhaust tip on your Jardine take a hit and become oblong?
