anyone ever notice the travel on the shifter occasionally moving an extra distance, maybe 1") when down shifting? there is no missed shifts, clunking or drivability issue. may be in my head

hey
had the same feeling on my 05 xb12. now i have a problem downshifting, seems like the lever never wants to come back up and have a murder of a time getting it into first at a stop. i was actually going to post and ask about this.. lol
