I was wondering if anyone around Northeast Indiana had a Micron exhaust on there '03 and up XB. I have heard that they are quiet and have heard a few sound bytes, but I would like to here one in person. I am willing to take a few hours worth of a ride. It would give me an excuse to go on a rode trip.

I'm in Indianapolis, and I have one. I don't know of another one in the state right now.

Micron exhausts are freakin awesome (love mine!), but they are any thing BUT quiet IMO.

at idle they arent very loud i guess, but on the gas they definatly make some racket

I love the sound of that micron. I sooo wish it would fit with the right side scoop.

Micron sounds better than race pipe, I had both. However it is very LOUD. Started to send me deaf even with ear plugs (no joke they are 120db) so I stopped riding my Buell and eventually sold it. Might return on a new stock muffler bike - see what the '08 models end up being.
