it's true, you Never Give Up  So are you going to get the crossroads or you gonna try and fab up a bracket and run the XBR clamp? | ||

No, not too much. I don't really like the XBR clamp either. I do like the Heli-bars and may fab from there, but time to perform the work is an issue. I want to look closer at installations of the Crossroads. I may like them better if I see some more on BadWebber's bikes and hear their reports. Not too fond of the looks at this point, but, that may change. It's a really smart design and I can appreciate that the utility of it. Never Give Up! There great bars but the 4 bolts that mount it to the bike are crap. Very soft and the sizing for the tools is crappy also. AT least mine were. I tried metric and sae nothing fit perfect. I am switching to grade 8 hardware like the stock ones when i put my bars back on. Here a couple of pics with my cr bars. | ||
