M2NC. Wish you could have made it to MBIV. It was great fun. You gonna ride with us around here any? I think I'm gonna get out Saturday morning if I don't freeze my cockles off. |

Looks like the Uly survived alright...hope the ride did too. Reminds me of this: "What a shame throwing away a perfectly good white boy" |

What is it with all you Uly riders around Murfreesboro? I met another one at MB IV. Bumpus must be pretty good at selling Buells. OTOH, my daughter (who goes to MTSU) tried to buy me a Ulysses T-shirt from Bumpus for my birthday recently. 3 weeks after taking her money, she called back to check on it and they informed her they couldn't order it. She was steamed. Fortunately Stone Mountain had the same T-shirt for $10 off at MB IV. |

I didn't buy mine from Bumpus, and the shop is about 60 miles from my house. I live in Nashville, and you think there would be a dealer there...but NO! I have to drive to Murfreesboro. Oh well, it's like reliving old times. I went to MTSU as well. Lived in the 'boro for 5 years. It's changed a lot. I'm still upset about my fraternity filling in the swimming pool. Damn liability insurance!! Fatty...Better off Dead is a classis. I'm still looking for the "How to pick up trasy women" book. LOL! (Message edited by chadhargis on April 06, 2007) |

I was introduced to Carlos (the Uly owner) on Saturday. What impressed me the most was that he wasn't going to let the accident spoil his weekend (an extra bike always makes that easier). The really unusual thing was that the officer that stopped to help was the only law enforcement I saw the entire 4 days I rode in N. Georgia, Tennessee, and N. Carolina... if you don't include the ones that were part of the event (and way out of their jurisdiction - smart!). |

I remember that dude in the blue/white leathers. did he have sholder length curly/frizzy hair? He was removed from the demo rides. He appeared to have some good skills... but he was putting other demo riders in danger. And he was kind of a smartass. |

"He put his testicles all over me!" "HE DID WHAT?" "Octopus testicles?" "Tenticles. NT. Tenticles." Yeah, Chad, I am still looking for the "How to build a space shuttle with parts around the house" kit. |

"This is pure snow! Do you have any idea what the street value of this mountain is?" "Go that way, really fast. If something gets in your way, turn." "Two brothers... One speaks no English, the other learned English from watching "The Wide World of Sports." So you tell me... Which is better, speaking no English at all, or speaking Howard Cosell?" |
