That was an optional body kit previously available, in pieces, on the Buell Site. I believe it has been taken down along with a blue colored version and all the amber effects. I'm still trying to find remnants of the ambers with minimal success... | ||

That was a factory optional "paint set". A little pricey for most, as it was in the $700 price range. The heel guards and tail section were optional bits as well and not included with the airbox/fly screen/chin spoiler and front fender. Buell doesn't have them listed on their site anymore. | ||

Folsom HD/B on Folsom Calif. had a full set of these and a set of the custom blue on their parts wall last time I was there (last fall) | ||

Im not really a fan of the paint scheme so if I was to get the bike, what would be a good price for the parts and what would I be looking for to replace them with a solid color set? About the same — trade? Thanks guys. | ||

The head of Buell's P&A rides a bike identical to that. The bodywork looks REALLY nice. And the price wasn't all that bad for something "custom". |
