Yep - Traxxion Dynamics - re-valved AND re-sprung. STRONGLY recommend it. If you have the money, the AK20 Cartridges are going to put the front end on a par with Ohlins. http://www.traxxion.com |

yeah i bet, 1000.00 dollars right? They should ride themselves. I m looking more like the people who do the 500.00 range of valving. Traxxion do this kind of valving also. 1000.00 is just to much plus i want a new rear shock. More money!! |

Slaughter, Do you have the Traxxion AK20's in you forks? I think that's the way I'm going in the near future. I want a Penske or Elka rear shock as well. Any experience with Elka? I called Traxxion today and am awaiting a call back. Thanks, E. J. |

E.J. I put the AK20 cartridges in the forks on the basis of the recommendation of a friend who does CMRA endurance racing. They had a sponsorship through a distributor and had been running Ohlins forks until they used the stock forks with the AK20 Cartridges. (this was a 750 GSXR) He said that was the best $1000 spent on the race bike - ever. They got rid of the Ohlins forks after testing the AK20's I did the fork swap during winter so haven't really worked it hard - and also got the 43mm forks instead of the 41mm -so I've changed two things. I am going on the reccomendation of this racer/buddy of mine. My other forks are going onto the XBlast singles-class racer. (Message edited by slaughter on April 03, 2007) |
