Who out there has disassembled their rear shock? I'm not looking for a complete tear down, I'm just looking for spring removal and replacement. And yes I checked the manual, it says nothing about removing the spring.

Also, does anyone know approximately how much fork oil will be required for a fork oil change? Will 2 quarts be enough for both tubes?
