Will fit an XB with Dark Horse Moto Axle spools...

If you TIG weld in about a 1 inch long slug of 1 1/2" tubing to one side of the lower section.

The PitBull stand has keys and slots that keep the vertical fingers aligned on the spool type stands. Turning the brackets around on the stand wouldn't work, as they would interfere with the bottom of the swingarm.
I don't trust the flat bottom stand that the swing arm rests on with the engine running on an XB due to the vibrations.

And, it still works on the Kawi by moving the brackets inwards a little.

This is going to make maintenance a bunch easier and cut down on the #@$%*! factor on installing the Micron exhaust this weekend.

I just took a porta-power to mine, spread it a little. I don't use the spools though, I probably would've had to spread it too far.

Mine worked fine straight out of the box. Fits up to my Dark Horse sliders without any modifications. I'm not sure why you guys had to make mods, unless you had a norrower version of the stand.

Eric...I'm looking to get set of Pitbull stands for my new XB12Ss. Which part number is the correct size for the Buell swingarm? Thanks so much for any help.

Delk, I ordered mine through Daves, he's no longer at Appleton, so you will need to get ahold of Andy. Appleton HD/Buell - Ask for Andy in Sales at (920) 757-1651

Pitbull used to be wide and narrow, now all rear stands are wide and fit all XBs.

I just found that out last week.

The best ones for our bikes are probably the SS
The SS Rear Stand can be used as a Standard or Spooled Rear Stand by flipping the top supports over. It is width adjustable to fit virtually all sport bikes.

And the standard (this is the one I use cause I don't have spools)
The Standard Rear Stand lifts non-spool equipped bikes by supporting the swingarm with rubber pads. It is width adjustable to fit virtually all sport bikes.

Yep, but I bought mine used, before I had my XB. I adjusted it.
