Is the belt tensioner on the '06 Firebolt the same as the '06 Lightning Long?

No. The long models have a different bracket.

You will see two dots on the long model bracket and one on the normal models.

The dots are on the bracket between the two stud holes where it connects to the engine. They are machined in between the stud holes.
