It's not much of a Uly any longer, but Trojan races one. I forget the system he uses, but it's headers from one company, and the muffler from another.

We had a full Micron system on our Ulysses Supermoto last year. Micron offer a system specifically for the Ulysses which has the exit pipes angled down to avoid the lower belt guards (this particular system was one of the very first Micron pipes and was not a specific Uly model).

If anyone has a Micron system on their XB and wants to buy a bash plate, I still have this one available. It is designed specifically to fit the Micron pipe and attaches to the chin spoiler mounts. It is made from 3mm aluminium plate. Make me an offer I can't refuse : )

When we changed the bike into the road racer we fitted a full Aero Corse system from Hot Performance with titanium end can. Both systems will fit the Ulysses, as will the Aero 45/48 header pipes.

Daayyyuumm. Nice pics Trojan.

I will be in the market for a complete system, jet hot coated, very soon.

Does anyone know if the micron system will fit with the right side scoop?

The Micron will not fit with the right side scoop unless you modify the scoop quite a bit.
For the one in the above picture I cut the bottom out of the scoop and remodelled it using heat resistant aluminium sheeting that is used in race car construction (available from Thermo-Tec). Once I had the right shape to clear the pipes I layed up some glassfibre on the inside surface and painted it black : )
