It's interesting for sure but I'm not fond of how it blocks the timing cover. I'm hoping it's an optical illusion caused by camera angle etc. | ||

Metalstorm, good point especially since the headers are not spring loaded up above, that could prove to major hassle... But is sure is different then anything that I have seen so far, I wonder how it compares to the other complete systems (micro, and Ti-Force). I can tell you this its not a cheap piece, look at all the welding involved. I like it, it reminds me of the old two stroke expansion pipes that were hand crafted in many sections like that. | ||

no kidding...other than the custom-fabbed look, why the hell would you wanna make all those welds when you can bend it in like 2 seconds?? to tell you the truth, i don't really like the way it flows anyways...it's different, just not my cup o tea. The Buell pipe from Zard isn't actually available yet, although it should be soon. Zard make original equipment pipes for Bimota and I think will supply pipes for the race MV Agustas in 2007 so they have a pedigree. Personally I hate the 'lobster welding' on these titanium headers and prefer to see them traditionally bent, but what do I know  ? | ||

It looks like the pipe and headers would come off easy if you have to take them off. Their website shoes a good picture of the system. It comes apart in a couple of sections which is pretty nice. | ||
