I would think they wd. be the same if not someone knows why if I take one out of a 04 xb12 will not work in a 06 xb12??

Both being xb 12 displacements...

Just a curiosity question follow up

Is there any reason why a Buell Race kit would not work on a 2007 Buell if it has the same size engine?

it will as long as it is a 12

and 05 and above.
