I was wondering if this wouldn't be a possible idea for using as an alarm. If not as it is then possibly the features on it. Heck it is only $7. Just a thought.

Looks interesting... You could toss one into the little trunk on the Firebolts, and if anyone tries to stand the bike up it should go off.

I wonder how loud or sensitive it is...

-How loud is it (cell phone loud, alarm clock loud, siren loud (98)db, loud (120 db).

-Does it reset automatically?

-Before making my custom alarm with radar bubble, I used a portable $25 GE body heat trigger alarm. Has 4 buttons for personal code, is about 115dbs, resets automatically, had a flashing light, runs off of 3 AAA.

-But for $7 I guess you can't go wrong. You could use that to lock your helmet to the bike if you out grow it.
