I never get tired of posting pics of my bike. They're not just stripped, they're polished. But definitely not a speck of paint on them.

No, sadly I do not have any pictures of the process, because I sent the wheels out to be done.

Thanks for the compliments y'all. Hard to tell she's over 3 years old with 30,000 miles huh?

"Off The Chain"... I like that.

Kyle, when your bike gets done, all others will be made to bow before it on the Altar of Ultimate Buellness...

That is in fact the epitome of a beautiful machine. Nicely done. I too have been wanting to chrome my rims. Anyone in the Houston area have a bead on a good chrome shop?

"Off the chain".... what happened to "off the hook"? That out of date, now? Better question, what the HELL is either one of them supposed to mean???

And if I see one person say something about "bling", I will personally choke the bejeezus outta' ya.

Stupid hip hop.

Tx05xb12s:

I live in Sugar Land. I have had some chrome work done at Atlas (see below). They did a good job on my E-Glide Parts. Maybe we can hook up one day. I just bought an XB12s myself. I'm still getting back in touch with my inner child, but having a one hell of a good time doing it.

I had a set of stripped rims and took some pictures of them to sell on ebay. I am still looking for the originals.

Here are the links but I can't get the pictures to show on my computer. Don't know if it is my computer or not. Here are the links, maybe it will work for you.

I will keep looking. I doubt that I deleted them.

They might be in my other computer that I haven't hooked up since moving it. I'll try to get to that as soon as I can.

Are you in a rush for them?

The only reason I ask is I was going to finish rearranging everything next week and reconnect the other computer then. I'm on vacation next week and that's when I'll be finishing my living room.

I had them glass beaded then media blasted with walnut shells to give them a smoother look. I was going to have the rims anodized but the guy that was supposed to do it for me was dicking me around so I bought a set of Villain rims instead and sold these.
