I ran across this while I was looking for running lights...

http://www.customdynamics.com/spark_plug_lazer_nod es.htm

The site states these aren't for fuel injected bikes. Being the non-mechanic I am, can someone explain to me why the spark would be different between a FI bike and a non-FI bike? I would have assumed they were the same in this respect?

(I would have just emailed their customer service to find out, but they don't provide an email for CS, only Tech Support. Didn't want to bother TS with a goofy question like this!)

ion detection is screwed up in delfi systems. or better known as knock sensor. this is done by a small voltage that is sent out after the spark to "see" whats going on in the cyl.
