Great website! I wish my spanish was better. Looks like your route may bring you right by my town soon. I'm just off I-84 in Hermiston, Oregon. phone # is 541-567-8645. If you need anything while in my area, please call. If you do decide to stop here, I would be honored to buy your group a beer or two!
Dan.

I think the site will be in English on Monday, along with photos of the Buell factory.

I will pass this on to them (just off I-84 in Hermiston, Oregon. phone # is 541-567-8645), I think they would enjoy it a lot.

I am going to email them your info. You should too.

Their emails
victor@enlazandoamerica.com.ar
catia@enlazandoamerica.com.ar
rody@enlazandoamerica.com.ar

Had lunch with them. They are thrilled about the email and warm welcome they are receiving in North America.

Roughly translated, Enlazando America is "lasso around America", kinda tying together the America's.

Enlazandoamerica,
You ought to have these guys start a post over at http://www.advrider.com/forums/
There is a lot of folks over there that would really enjoy keeping up with these guys and they could probably make connections along their entire route.
Really good website and what an awesome trip!

I guess we missed them through St Louis?
I'll try to drop them a line but my Buell-Riding-Ecuadorian wife would have liked to habla a little with some South American neighbors.

Thanks Thesmaz...creating a thread this morning.

Josh, sorry you missed them in St. Louis. That would have been too much.

I have to tell everyone, they are all overwhelmed with excitement about the emails and support. Thank you all.

Also, from the site

http://enlazandoamerica.com.ar/contacto.htm

They list their phone numbers and Nextel radio numbers to contact them. They are hooked up so you can radio them while they are riding. THEY WOULD BE SHOCKED IF ANYONE DID THIS.

Thanks again to everyone.

Keep us posted on their progress and anything you need. You have my cell [hone number and I can generally arrange a rousing welcome, anywhere in the USA, with about 30 minutes notice.

This is fun stuff!

I left them a voice mail this morning. It looks like they stopped in Joplin last night. Hopefully they will stop by today before leaving. I'm at school, but called down and had them set aside a couple Buell hats to give them if they stop by. Hopefully this will continue to be a great trip!

Ayer hicimos noche en St. Louis y hoy recorrimos su bonita ciudad. Estuvimos en el Gateway Arch.

Hoy estamos ya parando en Joplin.

Court, completely agree.....

I am just amazed at THIS enthusiast community. I am a total outsider when it comes to motorcycles. Maybe I should buy a Buell instead of a 911....

Just in shock
Frank

You should feel honored, pics from inside the factory are a pretty rare thing!

Enlazandoamerica,

Here's a thought. Would your riders be in the Los Angeles/Santa Barbara county area around Saturday, Oct. 14?

If so, perhaps they could arrange to swing by the American Sport Bike Bar-B-Que celebration party at Nojoqui Falls Park just south of Solvang in Santa Barbara county? Its one of the largest gatherings of Buell enthusiasts anywhere...

Maybe I should buy a Buell instead of a 911.

It will cost you a lot less money and you'll have a lot more fun.

Any news? How are they doing? I've looked at the website, but I can't read Spanish. Which is kind of embarassing since my mother was a Spanish teacher.

The site hasn't been updated lately. Maybe they are broke down in St. Louis?

No, the past 2 night the have not had access to a PC to get updates back to South America.

The site is being translated to English right now. Should be done in the next couple of days.

Late yesterday they were near Elk City, OK.

The are shooting for California by Oct. 11th.

If you have a nextel radio, there numbers are:
Victor 183*928*6519
Rodolfo 183*928*6470
