It is a different shape, different materials and thicker (sits higher) than the Low seat. It is also much more comfortable than the stock 9S seat. I am looking for something a little shorter cause I cant sit flat footed on my bike. Comfort is a factor for me since I do 2 hour + rides. So I don't think you would sit much higher. I rode the Streetfighter seat and now the Select seat. Either one is comfortable for an all day drive. The Select feels a little cushier, but seems to hold you to one spot, while you can move easier on the Streetfighter.
