Don't have a manual yet, but want to take a little of the slack out of the throttle (cable has stretched a little). Which cable is the one I need to adjust? Thanks

Both.
Generally if one needs it, so does the other.
When you start adjusting, you will figure it out.

The topmost cable adjuster.

If you over adjust one of them too much the throttle won't close. Don't remember which one, though. Had to loosen it to get the throttle to snap back to pass tech inspection. Ones a push the others a pull. I don't know what was wrong with just a single cable, like in the old days.

Two cables are required in case the cable that opens the throttle frayes out and jams up. (like mine did last month when I was 75 miles from home).

Thankfully the cable that closes the throttle was intact. That allowed me to force the throttle closed.

Would have been a wild ride home without it.
