Does anyone know if there is a K&N cone style filter out there for a XB12 so you can take the top of your air box off? ThanX Ryan

Ryan suppose you could but why??? Either pick up a new air box lid for a 06 or newer or drill yours out. Also you could get the open air box kit from American Sportbike or I think Daves has a fast kit in stock. I thought you were still stock on your bike as far as pipe and such??

you would need a different velocity stack to be able to mount a cone style filter.

I stunt the buell and I need the top of the lid dented in so I can sit on it for highchair wheelies and spreaders. I'll keep lookin thanX

it replaces the stock velocity stack and uses this filter:

its going to be alittle difficult to dent the plastic though isnt it?
