on where to buy and have new tires installed? I think I'm gonna go with the Dunlop Qualifiers. I really don't want to give any Harley dealer my money! Anyone have a good experience somewhere?

I use Cycle Gear and the are just about as good as any place. My suggestion is to pull the wheels off your self and take them to your local shop. Just find someone who you are comfortable with and has good customer service. That should be easy over most HD dealers

Try Seattle Cycle Center at 100th and Aurora (hwy 99). Good folk, decent prices, nice work.

lf you haven't already bought, l've been reading that the Pirelli Diablos make a big improvement on the handling.

Thought you might want to know.

I almost ordered the Dunlop Qualifiers until I read the review of a rider that ordered them for a track day.

On that particular day they performed admirably, but the next day while riding around town during a slight drizzle the person found the tires to be equal to grease on a metal plate...totally useless in the wet and for that matter totally unsafe!

I never ride in the rain, but this info was enough for me to change my mind. Just a consideration to consider.
