Do they work with our unusual front rotor setup? Specific recommendations anyone? Looking for some extra security for an upcoming road trip (motel parking lots). |

Disk locks will work on the front rotor, but I don't like how close it lies to the rim because it might scratch it up. I used it on the rear disc and that works perfect. As far as leaving it in a motel parking lot, maybe choose a room close to the parking spot and get a disc lock with an alarm on it. (http://www.xenasecurity.com/home/current/lock/) When I ride with buddies, we use a heavy duty cable lock and lock the bikes to one another. |
