Ran the search function but couldn't come up with what I was looking for. Basically I now have all of my new gear ordered. Half of the price of my bike almost just in gear.

Anyway last thing I need is some type of under garmets/second skin and cant seem to figure out what would be best. Any recommendations? I was looking at the skin tight under armor long sleeve shirts and pants but I am not sure how long they would hold up with a heavy leather suit being worn over top of them. Anyone with experience have some recommendations as to what is good brand that will hold up over time and provides some wicking features like the UA gear? Thanks

Under armor comes in two form. One for cold weather and one for hot. Both work great and disipate moisture very well. After some long rides in hot weather I was very comfy and NO SWAMP A$$. great stuff. During the winter I use it under my uniform and have never had any issue on wear or tearing even after some knock down drag outs. There are some complete suits for under your gear as well so you might want to check on those also.

The underarmour is good stuff. its expensive but it will not rub through will the leather on top of it. my baseball team uses it under our uniforms and it doesn't rip at all. you can get cool gear or heat gear and it works.

I got my stuff at Wal-Mart. It is just like UnderArmor, but half the price. I have hot weather gear, and it's holding up just fine. I chose a long sleeve shirt, but shorts because I felt that the pants would feel restrictive.

I like kevlar, it is as thin as spandex, but is ten time stronger than steel. Great for super hot weather. I have some Alphinsters painter jeans with kevlar and CE rated knee inserts. Spent something like $90. My next line of defense will be a kevlar shirt with CE inserts. You use the shirt under your jacket or pop in the ce armor and ride with just the shirt. With a jacket over the kevlar shirt your probably bullet resistant I imagine.
