good paint job on that scoop! Sure beats my bbq black spray paint! TIP......flat black paint and then Armour All. I doesn't look right until a good coat of Armour All and it's matched perfect since. I think the stuff gets into the flat texture and stays permanent. Thanks for the compliments guys, and I will post up my CAD drawings sometime soon. Just have to get them from my jump drive I borrowed out. |

Did you have to move the forks in the triple clamp to fit the LSL damper? How much clearance between the damper rod and air scoop? |

having a mill and lathe in your garage rocks! At least when you have time to use them. I'd use mine more if life didn't constantly interfere. |

Good job. Things that work. Like the license plate bracket, a useful tool. |

Can you elaborate on the flip up plate mod? Was this a custom made bracket or did you purchase it somewhere? |

Used the stock bracket, took a dremel to it. I used "wave" springs on the inside compartment to keep a constant pressure, yet allow it to be rotated. Works pretty well. |

Nope, scoop should be in this week..coming from Europe. The LSL damper is great. Adjustable even will riding and took 5 min to install. |

What size bolt or hardware did you use for the sliders? 1/4-20 just to hold the slider on. The sliders are slip-fit in the axle, which would take the force if bike were to hit the ground.} |
